This policy explains what information Haven City Church collects when you visit this website or get in touch, how it is used, and the choices you have. Replace this text with the version your leadership and counsel approve before launch.

2. Information we collect

Details you send through our forms (name, email, which service you plan to visit, kids ages, prayer notes), gifts processed by Stripe, RSVPs to events, and standard usage data such as pages visited, device type and approximate location derived from your IP address.

3. How we use it

To welcome you on Sunday, follow up on a request you made, send a giving receipt, improve the website and keep it secure. We do not sell personal information. Prayer notes stay with the care team you choose.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run the site (hosting, email, Stripe for gifts) and only as needed. We will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

5. Giving

Online gifts are processed by Stripe. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to payment details. We receive your name, email and gift amount so we can send a receipt and a year-end statement.

6. How long we keep it

Form submissions are kept as long as needed to follow up and for ordinary church records. Giving records are kept for tax and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete a prayer note or visit plan at any time.

7. Your choices

Email hello@havencity.church to see, correct or delete the information we hold, or to opt out of any follow-up you did not ask for.
